Please note: Custom designs approved prior to shipment may not be eligible for return.
We need to talk or text about your custom request, even briefly, and there is no charge for a scheduled custom consult.
We will repair any broken item free of charge, as long as you have all or most pieces, or if there is a manufacturing defect. Goods damaged after receiving will not be accepted, but we can re-create a new piece with a discount in most cases.
