Avoid excessive water exposure – We do not recommend submerging your Divine jewelry in water.
Stones like hematite and all plated medals can tarnish over time (just like Tiffany® jewelry)
Polish gently – Use a soft polishing cloth to keep gemstones and medals bright.
Avoid harsh chemicals – Do not expose jewelry to major cleaning products, perfumes, or sprays.
Handle with care – Beach glass or quartz glass is durable but still glass. Dropping it can cause chips or shattering.

Gemstone Bracelets – Strung on pre-stretched, top-of-the-line 1mm+ elastic cords. While durable, they are not indestructible.
If a piece breaks – We will reassemble at no cost, as long as all the pieces are returned.
Glass Stones – If a beach glass or quartz stone chips and we have it in inventory, we will replace it in most cases. Full bracelet replacements cannot be made if a glass piece is dropped and shattered.

Fit & Satisfaction – If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, we are happy to exchange or refund.
